At MB360, we strive to provide a valuable and flexible experience for our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a mentorship program or consultation session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your payment.
Participants may request to reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated with MB360 support.
If MB360 needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
Refunds will only be provided under special circumstances at the sole discretion of MB360. If a participant is found violating our terms and conditions, no refund will be issued.
